About HomeFunnel
We Are Not a Standalone Program. We Are a Collaborative Ecosystem.
What Makes HomeFunnel Different
Many organizations focus on one part of the problem. Some focus on housing. Others focus on training. Others focus on job placement. Others focus on food access. Others focus on coaching, mentoring, social support, or wraparound services.
HomeFunnel brings these pieces together through coordinated collaboration Our strength is not only in what we provide directly, but in how we align with others to serve the whole person. We work with partners who serve:
- Veterans
- Minorities
- Women
- Unemployed individuals
- Underemployed individuals
- Low-income individuals
- Historically underrepresented populations
- People seeking career change
- Individuals rebuilding after hardship
- Communities in need of workforce access and economic mobility
HomeFunnel is built on the understanding that no single organization can solve complex social and economic challenges alone. Real transformation happens when mission-aligned organizations come together around a shared purpose.
That is the HomeFunnel difference.
We connect the dots.
We align the services.
We support the person.
We strengthen the community.
HomeFunnel Hosts the Born to Ascend Workforce Center
One of HomeFunnel’s most powerful differentiators is its role in hosting a Born to Ascend Workforce Center.
A Place Where Stability Meets Opportunity
The Born to Ascend Workforce Center serves as a hub for workforce readiness, personal development, training access, coaching, mentoring, community collaboration, and support navigation.
It is designed to help individuals move beyond survival and into structured growth.
The center supports participants by helping them prepare for employment, strengthen professional skills, build confidence, access coaching, connect with training pathways, receive mentoring, and engage with trusted community partners.
This is where housing access, workforce development, food access, personal growth, career readiness, and human support meet.
Because people do not just need programs.
- They need pathways.
- They need people who believe in them.
- They need systems that work together.
- They need a place where they can walk in with barriers and walk out with direction.
Our Mission
To Create a Stable, Supportive, and Opportunity-Rich Pathway for Veterans and Underserved Communities
HomeFunnel’s mission is to support Veterans and historically underrepresented individuals by connecting them to affordable housing access, workforce development, coaching, mentoring, job placement pathways, food access support, and essential community-based resources through collaborative, people-centered initiatives.
We are committed to helping people gain more than temporary assistance. We want to help them gain stability, confidence, skills, employment, direction, nourishment, connection, and long-term advancement.
Our mission is rooted in dignity.
Our work is built through collaboration.
Our impact is measured by lives stabilized, careers launched, families strengthened, essential needs met, confidence restored, and communities transformed.
Our Vision
A Future Where Every Veteran Has a Stable Foundation, a Path to Work, and a Community That Helps Them Ascend
We envision a future where Veterans and underserved individuals are not left to navigate housing, employment, training, food access, personal development, and support systems alone.
We envision a coordinated ecosystem where housing providers, workforce organizations, employers, community partners, coaches, mentors, food access partners, training providers, and support agencies work together to help people move forward.
We envision home as more than a place to stay.
We envision home as a launchpad.
- A launchpad for stability.
- A launchpad for employment.
- A launchpad for confidence.
- A launchpad for purpose.
- A launchpad for nourishment.
- A launchpad for long-term advancement.
- A launchpad for ascension.
